What You’ll Be Doing 

  • Responsible for the conversion rate of new customers in each process, extract effective ways to improve conversion rate through A/B testing and multivariate testing, and scale up
  • Responsible for formulating and executing optimization strategies for user conversion, proposing reasonable operational plans based on user behavior and data analysis, and following up on implementation results.
  • Continuously researching innovative ways to grow in the industry with a deep understanding of existing product capabilities and mainstream competing product acquisition models, acquisition channels and conversion logic
  • By optimizing the funnel data conversion of key user actions, further enhancing user experience of each conversion node
  • Work closely with the marketing and product teams to promote project implementation

What We Look For In You 

  • 3+ years of experience in user conversion, product operation, and user growth in industries such as internet finance, e-commerce, LIVE, and food delivery is preferred.
  • Possess independent planning and operation capabilities, with strong sensitivity and judgment towards data, able to capture changes in a timely manner and make action adjustments.
  • Strong project management skills, independent project management experience, clear logic, clear methods and ideas for user growth and user segmentation.
  • Bachelor's degree or above.
  • Fluent in both English and Chinese
