Your mission

Reporting into the Director of User Acquisition, the PPC Specialist will be responsible for setting the strategy, as well as leading the execution and delivery of the SEA function across multiple regions. 

This role covers both web and app user acquisition and will set the structure for enabling Bitpanda to run high impact search campaigns at scale. 

What you will do

  • Develop, execute and optimise global PPC strategies to meet business objectives across including Google, Bing and Apple Search Ads covering all EU/EEA markets. 
  • Grow Bitpanda’s presence and user-base, as well as conversion and revenue contribution through the PPC channel.
  • Conduct comprehensive keyword research and selection for global pay-per-click campaigns.
  • Identifying areas of improvement including keyword development, bid management, ad copy optimisation, ad extensions, targeting, landing page optimisation, etc. 
  • Manage budget allocation and bidding strategies to ensure efficient spend and high ROI across various regions.

Who you are 

  • 3-4 years of PPC experience managing large scale campaigns. Apple Search Ads experience is a plus. 
  • Strong knowledge of paid search platforms, tracking and third party bid management tools (Google Ads, Bing Ads, SA360, Google Analytics, Adjust and SearchAdsHQ experience is a plus).
  • Possesses clear domain expertise in the paid search space, having directly managed high-budget, multinational accounts with a focus on data-driven decision making.
  • Performance driven, able to understand, analyse, report, and optimise on ROAS
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills, ability to connect easily with different types of people, stakeholders and partners.
